Lovely staff, meticulous design, comfy pillows, and duvet. Brilliant free wifi and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the lounge. Loads of electrical points. Powerful hairdryer.

Breakfast coffee was cold and from a machine. Beds a tad narrow and couldn't separate twin beds in the superior room shared with my sister.

The staff was helpfull, the location was REALLY GREAT. It was right next to Saas-Fee city center. Lots of food at breakfast, such as eggs, croissants and bacon.

We are very happy to spent Honey moon in the Hotel Artemis(Saas -Fee). Nice staffs with excellent service , and we can not forget the "homemade "breakfast !!! We'll definitely be back! ^^ Moreover, the homemade jams is very good, hope hotel will sale it for us..^^

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Saas-Fee, close to the bus station and ski lifts, making it easy to explore the area. Super friendly and helpful staff, going the extra miles in terms of service & courtesy. Very comfy room and hotel. Good breakfast. It really ticked all the boxes. We actually stayed an extra night and we were thinking of extending our stay even longer but work was calling :( Saas Fee is a much better destination than Zermatt (in our opinion)

We liked everything ! The attentive staff ever looking for ways to please you. The location in a beautiful village with no cars (you are picked up with an electric golf cart ), the room's equipment from flat screen TV, internet, incredible bath robes and towels, the quiet, the excellent breakfast, the free pass you get for all lifts and busses outside of the ski season, the quiet, the free glacier water......simply a dream and we got it for a very cheap flash price !

Great location and the drinks were awesome! This hotel is right in the middle of everything. Can't wait to come back! 🥂

Very kind staff, nice rooms and infrastructures.

The hotel is located right on the Main Street of the village, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with fluffy blankets and pillows that feel like clouds. I particularly enjoyed the lovely balcony with its amazing views of the Alps. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything you need. The included breakfast, served with a lovely view, is a great way to start the day.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were excellent.

The owners and expecially Peter and Nicholas at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the Artemis.....

had a relaxing break in saas-fee, but this time exceeded my expectations. staff were super helpful and friendly, offering great tips and advice. the room had incredible mountain views and a nice balcony. loved the convenient shuttle service and the bonus of the room key doubling as a lift pass!

The parking for for the hotel is not included, if belongs to the vilage : saas fee, and if you need to leave it in the middle of the night the is no body to help you there. But there is a automatic charge place which is hard to find.

You can oversee the Mountain. The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is great.

Spa is a shared facility with another hotel. You need to tell them to turn the spa on half hour before you go, if you go early during the day. Otherwise it is cold lol. However, the spa itself is fairly good.
